Modern Slavery Statement 2021

Founded in 1919, Vauxhall Finance plc is a UK based company with circa 400 employees.  We offer a range of motor finance products both to individuals and businesses for new and used vehicles.  In addition, we offer commercial lending products to dealerships, helping them to finance and grow their business. 

Vauxhall Finance plc is part of a joint venture arrangement between the Stellantis group and the BNP Paribas group and, for financial accounting purposes, is fully consolidated as a member company of the BNP Paribas group.
